We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and optimize AI-driven features that enhance content discovery, engagement analytics, and personalized recommendations for creators and their audiences.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for personalized content recommendations, trend analysis, and user engagement optimization.
Work closely with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
Improve AI-driven content moderation and sentiment analysis tools.
Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy in real-time environments.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into Capcons’ platform.
Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and ensure fairness and transparency in AI-driven decisions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI systems development.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go,.
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms ( GCP) and MLOps best practices.
Solid understanding of NLP, recommendation systems, or social network analytics.
Experience in handling large-scale datasets and deploying models in production environments.
Passion for the creator economy and digital communities is a plus!
